Brandon Soh & Associates PAC (“BPAC”) is a Singapore public accounting corporation established in 2015, providing statutory audit and assurance services to businesses across a diverse range of industries.
We serve both privately held businesses and corporate groups, including companies with local and overseas operations. Our approach combines professional rigour with practical business understanding, allowing us to deliver audits that are focused, responsive and proportionate to the size and complexity of each engagement.

Brandon Soh
Brandon Soh is the Audit Partner of Brandon Soh & Associates PAC and has more than 20 years of experience in audit, accounting and financial reporting.
He began his career with KPMG in Singapore, where he gained extensive audit experience across a range of industries and businesses of varying sizes. His experience includes the audit of Singapore companies, multinational groups and companies with overseas operations, as well as group audit engagements involving component auditors across different jurisdictions.
Brandon works closely with business owners, management teams and finance professionals, bringing a practical and commercially grounded approach to the audit process while maintaining the independence and professional judgement expected of an external auditor.

What we do
Four kinds of audit work. Here's what each one actually is.
Statutory Audit
The annual audit most Singapore companies are required to file. We audit companies incorporated in Singapore under the Companies Act, in accordance with Singapore Standards on Auditing and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards — standalone companies, groups with overseas subsidiaries, and Singapore branches of foreign companies.
Annual Gross Turnover (GTO) certification
Most retail and F&B tenancy agreements require you to submit a certified annual turnover figure to your landlord. We issue the report your lease asks for, in the format it asks for.
Qualifying costs certification
If you've claimed under an approved project or scheme, the awarding body will usually want investment costs verified against the terms in your Letter of Offer. That means a full audit of the costs and an independent auditor's report — which we'll produce.
Agreed-Upon Procedures
You define the scope. We test it and report the facts — under Singapore Standard on Related Services (SSRS) 4400, with the findings in full: what we tested, how much of it, and any exceptions. No opinion, no interpretation.
